They've really added ALOT of mailboxes everywhere...

Making this game too easy and stupid will break it I reckon. I'm not saying that adding mailboxes makes the game too easy, but all the little practical tweaks they add end up making this game less realistic and, somehow, less enjoyable I feel.
Yes, running from the AH to the Mailbox was a chore, but hey, that's why you used to clear you bags first!
Less and less brain usage required in WoW unfortunately.

overall i wish the capital cities had more depth.

I wish there were more things to do in the capital cities... I mean, you've got the bank, AH, trainers, vendors, and that's really about it. They need mini-games or something, something different, just to break the cycles that a lot of WoW players develop.

Don't forget the barber shops! >.<

You know what they really need? Instances in Cities, o wait thats been done...how about

Gnomeragon, the one capital city garenteed to have at least 50 minigames and a billion fun things to do, gone......someone nuked it, and who wouldnt want to live in a city that was nuked by the king for some funny reason, like invasion, or a bad head ache
