EnchantingEnchanting

  Path: Professions :: Enchanting
Enchanters use their magical formulae to grant permanent augmentation to weapons, armor and other equipment. Enchanting requires the use of special ingredients that can only be gathered by disenchanting magical items. Using these ingredients enchanters can make items more powerful.

Enchanting is a higher-level Profession, thus requiring more work than most Professions. The enchanter does not generate items directly from the skill, but instead makes existing items better.

To attain higher levels of enchanting, enchanters often must repeatedly cast enchantments on their friends equipment, sell enchantments to other players, or offer free enchantments.

useful although hard to level up this skill and reagents are hard to get as well, almost usless at lower levels, I recommend this for deathknights, go to the AH for starting part until a good level to disenchant gear of you level.

With the addition of Ring enchants, its pretty useful profession. Also you can DE the Quest Rewards which are Soulbound and get profit / change to increase your skill.

This proff is expensive to level, and with 3.3 changes making you the group tool (and recent hotfix providing more mats for every DE) it promises to make even less of a profit. It does not even provide a midlevel rare BoP piece or a high-level BoE piece that alot of the other proffs do.
